The company must think about the continuity of the company in the future. Usually every year there are always preparations are underway to plan and draft budget for next year (usually at the end of the year – called Plan and Budget Next Year). This is important as a reference, directives, guidelines and objectives to be done and achieved in the year.
But there is one other thing that is also very important to plan, namely regeneration leadership. Many companies do this and eventually they still exist until now, however, do not ignore that little is felt or not, consciously or unconsciously, deterioration occurs and eventually the company went bankrupt.
Indeed, many things that take a key role in advancing the company or at least sustain life amid intense competition every year: from products that must be maintained quality, innovation and creativity, the improved services and more. 2. Make the agenda targets for those who are in Top Performance
3. Test them and consistently assess
4. Do not force yourself to keep employees “The Top Performance” which does not have a “passion” for the targeted position. Let it out and look for employees who are really interested though he was second from the top level.
5. Provide training and special budget to equip and develop the potential and positive employee mental shape.
6. Give special assignments to test their ability

The more prepared, the greater the opportunity for the company to survive and still exist. Management must therefore always think and try to find a leader who minded scored the next leader. The company’s success in doing this can be a good preparation in maintaining the business.
